The government has announced that March 1-2, 2004 (Monday-Tuesday), being 9th and 10th Muharram-ul-Harram would be closed holidays on the occasion of Ashura, according to a statement issued here on Monday.
The decision has been taken in pursuance of the announcement of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
